Enterprise Risk Manager

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening enterprise risk management across the organisation.

The Enterprise Risk Manager works closely with assigned departments to support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of strategic, operational, and compliance risks.

This involves:

  • Collaborating with department leaders to identify, assess, and manage strategic and operational risks.
  • Developing and implementing risk management policies, tools, and processes.
  • Facilitating the development and maintenance of risk registers and analysing trends and emerging risks.
  • Contributing to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership, governance committees, and the Audit Committee.
  • Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated and proactive risk management approaches.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification and extensive experience in risk, compliance, and/or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and applying enterprise risk frameworks, policies, and practices in a complex organisation.
  • Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and design practical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in our sector.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and briefings for executive leadership and governance bodies.
