
Family Mental Health Specialist

A Senior Psychological Specialist is required to work as part of a multidisciplinary service providing holistic and culturally informed best practice interventions for young people living in Out of Home Care.
Key responsibilities include delivering psychological assessment, therapeutic interventions and other professional services to DCJ client groups including children, young people, families and carers. The role requires working collaboratively with the Psychological and Specialist Services team within the LINKS Western team to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals and groups.
Successful applicants will hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia, with either Full registration as a Psychologist or Provisional registration with an ability to fulfil full registration within relevant timeframes. Additionally, applicants should possess knowledge of therapeutic frameworks for child abuse, neglect and trauma, as well as a willingness to travel as required.
