Care Team Manager

About the Role
  • Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver safe, effective, and meaningful care to our clients.
  • Oversee the safe, effective, and meaningful care in your teams, ensuring they meet Aged Care and NDIS requirements.
  • Manage escalated incidents and complaints.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex care issues to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement through governance and policy, and work collaboratively with colleagues to drive needed change.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. nursing, allied health, social work).
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams delivering safe, high-quality care and support.
  • Demonstrated innovation in care delivery with measurable consumer outcomes.
  • Senior experience in Commonwealth-funded aged care and NDIS community supports.
