Lead a culture of continuous learning and professional development within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-level clinical services and consultancy to patients.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for an allied health team and manage the provision of comprehensive pain management programs.
- Liaise with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for allied health services, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

- Lead by example, promoting a culture of patient-centered care and continuous learning within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address clinical challenges, driving quality improvement initiatives.
