About the Role

In this exciting position, you will provide technical support and complete repairs for Stryker-installed equipment. You will work directly with innovative medical technologies and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical service experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support and complete repairs for Stryker-installed equipment
  • Ensure the highest standards of service across Australia and New Zealand
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers to meet KPIs and goals
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to operate small hand tools and perform troubleshooting and repairs
  • Proven mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills
  • A positive team attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Own vehicle and driver's license; electrical license and tagging/testing experience are desirable

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Travel Percentage: 70%.
