Site Supervisor Job Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site.

  • Manage a team of tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Trade certification and/or construction qualifications.
  • Experience in commercial construction, refurbishment works, civil engineering and steel structures is highly advantageous.
  • Positive leadership qualities with a drive to create a successful and strong team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
