Requirements:

  • A university degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics is preferred.">
  • 1–3 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting is required.">
  • Understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and development process is essential.">
  • Cash flow modeling and investment valuation skills are crucial.">
  • Strong numerical and financial modeling skills are necessary.">
