Job Description:
  • Rise with us as the face of the hotel, engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
  • Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with hotel policies
  • Lead your bell team in general operational tasks and assist other front office associates
  • Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team
  • Educate guests on hotel features and offerings upon check-in
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate experiences to enable future bookings
  • Plan and execute team-building activities for associates, enhancing their overall wellbeing
About You:
  • A valid driver's license
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm for career growth and self-motivation
