About the Role

\

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program is dedicated to delivering recovery-focused clinical services to consumers.

\

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team accountable for providing evidence-based services aimed at improving consumers' clinical outcomes.

\

You will undertake care coordination, delivering a range of clinical activities including acute mental health and psychosocial assessments, care planning, and clinical review, consistent with the Model of Care and Service Plan.

\

Your responsibilities will include specialist Social Work psychosocial and family assessments and interventions, rehabilitation, emergency assessment, acute services, crisis intervention, assertive care, and clinical support as required.

\

You will contribute to the development of formulations, developing, implementing, and monitoring specialized and targeted interventions to support the achievement of the consumer's clinical goals and improve psychosocial functioning.

\

Salary Information

\

The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,466 - $100,729, depending on experience and qualifications.
