We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Comprehensive Mental Health Professional to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care to patients in need.
About the RoleAs a Comprehensive Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing integrated clinical mental health care to consumers within the Rural and Remote Inpatient Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on mental health management strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated competence in mental health nursing in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload effectively.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$36.65 - $50.01 per hour (plus 25% casual loading) - one of the highest rates in the industry
