Professional Conduct Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating the progress of complaints throughout the complaint life cycle. The key responsibilities include preparing for triage, developing and implementing a case management plan, and referring matters to investigations when necessary.
The successful applicant will serve as the single point of contact for all parties involved in a complaint, providing guidance on available options, processes, timelines, and regular progress updates.
The Case Manager plays a crucial role in contributing to recommendations on emerging conduct issues and trends, devising strategies to prevent and minimize professional conduct matters that may impact compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
The primary objective is to provide professional, responsive advice and recommendations via documented case plans that prioritize people-centered resolutions.
Additionally, the Case Manager will offer guidance on potential resolution pathways while considering organizational obligations.
In line with the hybrid working model, the successful applicant must maintain a presence at Blackburn North.
The team operates under a dual mandate of response and prevention, utilizing a trauma-informed, person-centered approach for addressing workplace harm and misconduct.
