HR Expert - Conduct and Performance

As an HR expert in conduct and performance, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides advisory services across multiple locations.

The role involves:

  • Providing expert advice on complex HR matters related to conduct and performance.
  • Managing Fair Work Australia applications and advocating for employees.
  • Navigating HR industrial tools to inform decision-making and resolve cases.
  • Mentoring and developing junior HR professionals.
  • Participating in team projects and contributing knowledge to enhance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex HR issues related to conduct and performance.
  • Extensive expertise in employment relations, particularly in conduct, performance, and workplace injuries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong HR generalist skills.
  • Coaching managers and team members to improve HR capabilities.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, influencing, coaching, and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to adapt and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving skills.
