
Customer Service Operations Assistant

As a member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. In this short-term assignment, you will be responsible for assessing customer requests, forms, and documentation before ensuring that this information is received by the correct team.
You will work with sensitive information while respecting privacy regulations, providing outstanding customer support via written responses as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:

- Quick learning ability: Adaptability is your key strength.
- Prioritization skills: Juggling tasks is no problem.
- Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy.
- Effective communication: Strong verbal and written skills are essential.
A national police clearance issued within the last 6 months is mandatory.
In return, you will receive a 2-month temporary assignment paying $42 + super per hour in a supportive team environment located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.
