As a key role in our organisation, the Communications Advisor will be responsible for leading strategic communication and engagement initiatives.

This involves designing, coordinating, and evaluating communications and engagement strategies to support professional learning and leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic stakeholder engagement and alumni management plans.
- Lead communication campaign strategies across digital and traditional mediums.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, marketing, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs.
- Provide expert communications advice and manage risks and issues.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
This position requires an experienced communicator with strong stakeholder engagement experience who can manage complex communications projects and advise senior stakeholders on best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise outcomes.
- Experience delivering integrated communications campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing and communications theory and practices.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline are desirable.
