Caring Support Specialist Required

We are seeking individuals to join our organization in a support worker role, where you will provide high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and completing household tasks for clients. This will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
You will also be responsible for facilitating leisure activities and ensuring each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and complete household tasks for clients
- Facilitate leisure activities and ensure each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met
To be considered for this role, it is required that you have a minimum of six months of experience in the field, as well as a Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care.
You will work closely with clients and their families, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and able to understand how to manage difficult behaviors.
A Certificate 3 or 4 in disability or aged care is preferred.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience is required.
First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Driver Licence are all required.
