Eportfolio Educational Designer/Technologist Role

Overview

This role supports the implementation and deployment of an ePortfolio platform for a faculty at a university.

  • Collaborate with academic staff to support accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress tracking.
  • Utilize an ePortfolio platform in areas such as accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and progress tracking.
  • Work with staff to design and develop appropriate forms, templates, and reports using an ePortfolio platform.
  • Pilot new educational technologies, implement workflows, monitor adoption, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with independence and minimal supervision.

  • Collaborate with academic staff to support accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress tracking.
  • Design and develop appropriate forms, templates, and reports using an ePortfolio platform.
  • Implement workflows and pilot new educational technologies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with independence and minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in technology-enabled learning, teaching, and/or curriculum for higher education.
  • Experience utilizing ePortfolio platforms for accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress mapping and tracking.
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps).
