Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours a week) · Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term position · Remuneration: $113k - $123k base (+ 17% Super, leave loading) · Location: Kensington, Sydney

This role is based in Australia and sits within the Faculty of Medicine & Health at UNSW.

• Support the implementation and deployment of the Faculty of Medicine & Health's ePortfolio platform (Risr).
• Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and tracking student progress.
• Assist in the initial deployment in the School of Health Sciences and the staged rollout across the Faculty.
• Use the Risr platform in areas such as accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and progress tracking.
• Work with staff to design and develop appropriate forms, templates and reports using an ePortfolio platform.
• Pilot new educational technologies, implement workflows, monitor adoption, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with independence and minimal supervision.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate professional development workshops for staff (in-person and online), including creating supporting resources and self-directed learning materials.
• Provide technical support and problem solving, developing innovative solutions while maintaining strong collaboration with staff at all levels.

• Relevant qualifications and experience in technology-enabled learning, teaching and/or curriculum for higher education, or equivalent knowledge from other combinations of education, training and experience.
• Experience using ePortfolio platforms (preferably Risr) for accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress mapping and tracking.
• Experience collaborating with teaching staff to design and develop forms, templates and reports for an ePortfolio platform.
• Experience piloting new educational technologies, implementing workflows, rolling out technology, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working independently with limited supervision.
• Experience delivering professional development workshops for staff (face-to-face and online) and developing resources to support self-directed learning.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps); Power Apps experience in teaching contexts is highly regarded.
• Understanding of UNSW's aims, objectives and values, and familiarity with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to relevant HSE training.
