Job Title: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch of new services with Inclusive Employment Australia program.
  • Lead frontline service delivery, supervise staff, and engage with employers to ensure compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor the performance of other IEA staff, providing day-to-day supervision and support to lower or similar classified employees.

  • Able to develop and implement effective strategies for service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employers and staff.
