Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality services.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of new services, supervise staff, engage with employers, and ensure compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • This role is responsible for leading frontline service delivery, developing and monitoring the performance of other staff members, and providing day-to-day supervision and support.
About the Role

This is a full-time position (76 hours/fortnight) based on-site in Wollongong, with travel required across the region.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday and be part of a diverse team that values inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Engage with employers to promote the benefits of hiring people with lived experience of mental health issues.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the team and individual staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification related to service delivery.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in disability services, preferably in similar programs.
  • Strong commitment to recovery-based practice and understanding of challenges faced by people with lived mental health experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of service delivery requirements.
  • Experience in a similar role providing support and/or supervision to staff.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data information management systems.
