We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising daily maintenance across mobile plant operations, coordinating teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance, and providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to their crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily maintenance activitiesCoordinate teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenanceProvide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crewFoster a strong safety culture on siteCollaborate with internal stakeholders to meet site targetsEnsure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time, and effectivelyRequirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
- Strong mobile equipment maintenance background (diagnostics & repairs)
- Relevant trade qualification
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
- Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Current Australian Driver's Licence & full working rights
