">The Customer Business Manager role is crucial in driving business growth and profitability for the Baby & Childcare Portfolio within a leading supermarket chain.
The incumbent will develop and execute customer and promotional plans to achieve volume and sales targets, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive long-term strategies.
">Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer and promotional plans to achieve volume and sales targets">
- Collaborate with Demand Planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts">
- Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements">
- Achieve DPSM within the supermarket chain using Category Management principles">
- Coach and lead National Account Manager BCC within the company">
- Lead National Category and Customer Plans through customer and stakeholder collaboration">
