Job Title: Marketing Technology Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Director to join our team at Colonial First State. As a key member of our Customer Office, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing technology strategy that drives growth, retention, and engagement across all touchpoints of the customer experience.
  • Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap, evaluating current capabilities, automation, processes, measurement, and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology systems, including Adobe Journey Optimiser, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Adobe Target, to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead the strategy for marketing analytics, defining the reporting and measurement framework to provide actionable insights and better decision making.
  • Liaise with the Technology Transition Office to ensure the right technology is chosen and implemented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing operations/technology roles, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimiser, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Braze.
  • An understanding of Agile methodology is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing marketing technology solutions.
