We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic field service team.

Job Description:

As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional repair services for our innovative technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct planned and ad-hoc service visits to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes performing commissioning and decommissioning of rental equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols and documenting all activities meticulously.

To ensure seamless service delivery, you will need to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customers regarding their technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Heavy Mobile Equipment fields.
  • A strong commitment to safety protocols and compliance measures.
  • Flexibility to respond to customer demands, including potential after-hours service calls.
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently while providing thorough reports to the regional office.
  • Desirable familiarity with mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, or production/assembly environments.
  • Previous experience in a workshop or repair setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
