The Maintenance Equipment Strategist role is a critical position, responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities. This key position requires a strong understanding of plant maintenance principles, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP PM, MSDT, Service now tool, and MS Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Preparation and Organization Structure Preparation
  • Understanding of Business process in Plant Maintenance
  • Master Data Preparation for Implementation & Rollout project
  • Preparing Maintenance Tactics & Planning New Tactics for mining Equipment
  • Preventive Maintenance & Services: Managing Task Lists, Single cycle Maintenance planning, Maintenance planning with Strategy: Time & Performance Based, Maintenance planning with cycle of different dimensions and Condition Based Maintenance
  • Standardized respective fixed plant machinery maintenance practices as per Client standards
  • To implement an efficient maintenance strategy to operate equipment safely and securely at rated specifications for a maximum period

This specialist will provide technical assistance to the team for tactics development (RCM, Reverse RCM), identify critical spare parts with vendor data, drawings, and OEMs, and continually update existing tactics with Client standards. The role requires strong leadership and execution skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering Graduation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deliver works excellent with high quality
  • Exposure in the Preventive Maintenance
  • Proficient in SAP PM, MSDT, Service now tool, and MS Office
