Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a key player in our Infrastructure and Fixed Plant Maintenance Division, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and engaging with our mechanical and electrical site crews.
You will be responsible for scheduling work to maintain consistent workflow, developing client relationships, and recruiting tradespeople. Your expertise will also be sought after in providing services available within the Group.
- Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Trade background (ideally Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance/Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies
- Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
- Enthusiasm for winning new business and building relationships
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- High-level communication and negotiating skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
