Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and assist in client services, including administration, technical support, and business development.

The role involves working closely with senior executives and principals to provide exceptional service to clients, manage portfolios, and develop risk management and insurance programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through their insurance renewals and annual cycle.
  • Assist senior executives and principals with portfolio management.
  • Develop, implement, and manage risk management and insurance programs that meet client needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business and insurance requirements.
  • Identify products that benefit clients and ensure timely processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation.
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters, and claims managers while developing a basic understanding of relevant insurance classes.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to quality in all aspects of work performance and client services, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong teamwork skills, maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences.
  • Experience in an insurance environment – Tier 1 or prepared to work towards.
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Comprehensive planning and organisation skills to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
  • Sound listening and comprehension skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing a technical understanding of relevant insurance classes and specialist services.
  • Tier 1 qualifications.
