You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and features
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Other duties as required Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
