Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Store Manager to become a vital part of our team.

* This is a full-time role requiring 38 hours per week, with a schedule spanning Sunday to Thursday.

  • Inspire and lead your team to meet financial goals, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Foster a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Mentor your team in product knowledge, leveraging your enthusiasm for sales.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Prior experience in team leadership, coaching, and providing constructive feedback is preferred.
