Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operational tasks across the business.
  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet departmental KPI targets.
  • Develop your team to provide outstanding customer service, adhering to our unique management structure.
  • Lead by example and clearly communicate management expectations.
  • Manage high volumes of stock efficiently.
  • Ensure merchandising aligns with business standards.
  • Implement catalogue campaigns with effective signage and setups in your department.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives within your team.
  • Conduct stocktakes and implement stock integrity measures to enhance departmental profitability.

  • Proven experience in retail management is essential.
  • Experience with high-volume stock management is preferred.
  • An Owner's Mindset in your leadership approach.
  • A motivating attitude that encourages your team to surpass objectives.
  • Experience in creating Development and Performance plans.
  • A resilient problem solver, driven by innovation and effective time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain training at our expense.
