Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure appropriate solutions are reached for delinquent customers/accounts.
  2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customers according to service level agreements and regulation.
  3. Employ empathy in approach to portfolio to meet objectives and manage relationships.
  4. Provide solution-based customer service while adhering to relevant laws.
