About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists at EACH. This rewarding career opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored support services to families, empowering them to achieve their goals and promote child development.
  • Conduct assessments and observations to inform support options, ensuring each child and family receives personalized care.
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to build skills and confidence in families, caregivers, and professionals.
  • Facilitate connections between children, families, and their community, promoting inclusion and participation.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals in the NDIA business system.
  • Guide families through the NDIS planning process, ensuring seamless implementation and funding.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or Education.
  • Expert knowledge of child development and early intervention, with the ability to identify developmental issues.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles.
