Waterpark Lifeguard

We are seeking a highly skilled lifeguard to supervise and oversee guests in aquatic locations at our waterpark.

  • Provide constant supervision of the general public and prioritise guest safety at all times.
  • Ensure all aquatics and attractions areas are always supervised and that all policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Adhere to the Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP) protocols and training standard.
  • Deliver high quality service to all visitors to our waterpark.
Requirements
  • Hold an Ellis & Associates Lifeguard License, which will be provided by us.
  • Be trained in Dispatch Smart Training, also provided by us.
  • Possess a current Working with Children Check.

Lifeguards must be able to swim 200 metres freestyle or backstroke without resting, perform a feet first surface dive up to 1.8 metres to retrieve a 5kg brick, and tread water without using arms for two minutes.

This is a casual position from October to April, requiring flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the season.
