Aquatic Leisure Activity Specialist

Are you passionate about promoting aquatic and leisure activities to the community?
- We're seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to lead our health club team and help members achieve their goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to work with diverse client groups, including beginners, athletes, older adults, and those with specific health goals.
You should be driven to grow your client base, with a proactive attitude toward member engagement. Our Health Club thrives on community, results, and innovation—so we're looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a personal touch to every session.
As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the overall member experience and support gym floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run functional training classes that meet the needs of various client groups.
- Maintain and upkeep gym floor and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
- Personal Training experience with various clientele.
- Strong commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Cert III desirable).
- Current fitness registration with a recognised industry body.
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo police check as part of employment.
