About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead high-level engagements and provide strategic guidance to the team. As a key member of our esteemed group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the practice and collaborating with clients on intricate strategic, risk management, and regulatory compliance issues.

We offer a wide range of services across Prudential, Conduct, and AML Regulation, including risk management, remediation services, regulatory frameworks, and regulatory liaison.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects and associated staff contributing to engagements, ensuring that high-quality work is delivered within set deadlines.
  • Directing and guiding engagement analysis, taking overall accountability for the preparation of project deliverables, including reports and presentations.
  • Building senior relationships across the industry to identify and lead opportunities for further work.
  • Captitalising on the successful execution of engagement work to generate new business with existing clients.
  • Identifying areas of growing regulatory focus and leading the development of relevant thought leadership.

The ideal candidate will have senior and/or executive experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory matters. They should be recognised as a senior voice in one or more areas relating to risk management and/or risk governance.

Suitable candidates should also possess superior writing and editing skills, with the ability to construct well-founded, clear, and concise analyses and recommendations.

This role requires the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and build motivated teams while retaining a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
