Role Summary

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join our governance function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to shaping our compliance and risk landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the refresh and implementation of group-wide risk and compliance frameworks, reviewing and improving existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes. They will also act as the central point of contact for all incident and breach management matters, providing independent challenge and oversight across business units and functions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a risk, compliance, or governance role within a complex environment, with strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of group-wide risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Review and improve existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all incident and breach management matters.
  • Provide independent challenge and oversight across business units and functions.
