Job Role: Rehabilitation Specialist

Kairros is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to support individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake vocational assessments to understand an individual's capabilities and limitations
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always prioritizing the client's best interests
  • Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations
