As a valued member of our team, you will be working with individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your role will include:
- Conducting vocational assessments to identify suitable career paths for clients
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, prioritizing the client's best interests
- Developing targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
- Familiarity with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
- Undertake vocational assessments and provide recommendations for suitable career paths
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, prioritizing client needs
- Develop and deliver targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
- Understand and navigate various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation

- Proven ability to consistently provide high-quality customer service
- Punctuality and effective time management skills
- Willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory)
