About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of delivering exceptional member experiences across the VIC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end face-to-face and hybrid events
  • Create marketing materials and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate regional social media activation and member communication
  • Support local governance and member community groups and committees
  • Respond to local Member enquiries, interactions, and engagement
  • Utilise Salesforce case management, reporting, and monitoring

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience in:

  • Event planning, logistics, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
  • Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable problem-solving, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
