Job Title: Simulator Pilot Instructor

This role will provide training support, administrative expertise and subject matter knowledge for the C-27J Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification Course, upgrade courses and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in military qualified flying instructor or operational flying instructor roles within an aircrew training environment.

  • Deliver simulator instruction to pilot students on the C-27J aircraft.
  • Maintain open communication with simulator maintenance technicians to report any identified issues.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials that support syllabus delivery.

Preferred qualifications include experience as a flight simulator instructor and holding a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
