Hypersonic Flight Vehicle Design Leader

As a mechanical engineering leader, you will play a key role in designing and building hypersonic flight vehicles and support systems. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative solutions that meet our ambitious vision for sustainable hypersonic flight.
">Key Responsibilities">- Lead a team of mechanical engineers across the full engineering lifecycle to design and build hypersonic flight vehicles and support systems.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of mechanical engineers and mentor their technical development.
- Act as the mechanical subject matter expert, offering guidance across the broader engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) / Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), or eligibility to obtain.
- Demonstrated prior experience of at least 5 years in mechanical systems design and simulation within aerospace or other high-technology industries.
