Administrative Role for Insurance Services
This role supports the delivery of high-quality insurance services. As an administrator, you will provide technical assistance to colleagues and clients in all aspects of insurance administration.
The primary responsibility is to standardize processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and accurate information is entered into IT applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining compliance, accuracy, and workload using required IT applications.
- Assisting clients through our Contact Centre Hub.
- Ensuring timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions.
- Maintaining up-to-date records on all clients.
Requirements include:
- High-level customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable attention to detail.
Able to develop a basic understanding of relevant insurance legislation and serve valued clients effectively.
