Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Front of House professional to ensure the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our client's premises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage events with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain security protocols and access badges
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and couriers efficiently
  • Coordinate meeting room requirements and assist with event planning
  • Support general administrative tasks and team operations as needed
  • Conduct daily inspections, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Foster effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Sustain site financial operations, adhering to targets and compliance requirements
  • Implement operational procedures and best practices
  • Assist with stock management and replenishment
  • Manage IT assets and coordinate hardware distribution
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Event management expertise is a plus
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management is beneficial
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with facilities management practices is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
