Technology Solution Designer

The ideal candidate will have the expertise to craft innovative, scalable technology solutions that shape the candidate experience across our Jobs Marketplace.
This role is part of a collaborative Architecture team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and fellow Architects to deliver elegant, future-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities include assessing current state systems, identifying opportunities for evolution, designing and documenting future state architecture, collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders, providing technical guidance, establishing non-functional requirements, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience defining and documenting solution architectures in complex settings, strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, and experience architecting online web products or mobile applications.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
