**Job Title:** Vehicle Assessment Specialist**Job Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Assessment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.The primary purpose of this role is to ensure timely completion of quotes, in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
About You:
  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
