Job Role:
Vehicle Repair and Estimation SpecialistThis role involves playing a pivotal part in optimizing our vehicle repair and estimation processes as an automotive expert.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement accurate assessment methods for thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and determine necessary repairs.
- To support and promote the use of estimating software, diagnostic tools, and systems to deliver efficient and effective estimates.
- To conduct feasibility studies to evaluate cost efficiency for new vehicle designs or modifications.
- To identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.
- To prepare and present regular reports on assessment findings, repairs estimates, and audit outcomes.
- To identify operational challenges and inefficiencies to develop sustainable solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A senior level experience within automotive repair or insurance industries.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with analytical rigor.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- High motivation and action orientation.
- Previous training and development experience.
