Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time role that involves proactively sourcing and purchasing vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on current market valuations of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Assess vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
  • Maintain contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
  • Update and manage CRM daily.
  • Liaise with the internal logistics team.
  • Develop relationships with outside sources for buying and selling units.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused with ability to quickly build genuine rapport.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage day independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Motivated by KPIs and enjoys working towards rewarding goals.
  • Strong verbal communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high commitment to success.
  • Holds a current driver's license and willing to undergo a National Police Clearance.
