Athletic Performance Coach Role
">Join a high-performance training & rehabilitation facility in Victoria seeking an experienced Athletic Performance Coach to assist with athlete development programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Strength and Conditioning experience, a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and relevant certifications.
">- Casual position with the opportunity for growth to part-time contract
- $30-40/hour based on experience
- 24-hour access to a world-class gym
- Access to elite sport contacts and professional development opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
">- Coaching: deliver high-energy sessions with a focus on safety and execution of athlete programs
- Suitable for a Strength and Conditioning Coach with experience in private practice and interest in sports rehabilitation
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
- Motivation and personal drive to improve and grow, with ongoing internal mentoring and professional development
Requirements:
">- Bachelor of Exercise Science (essential)
- Drivers Licence (essential)
- Working With Children Check (essential)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (essential)
- National Police/Criminal History Check
- ABN and current Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance
