We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to support the development of our annual marketing brand plan for the ANZ business unit. Your primary focus will be on delivering consumer-centric campaigns across our fresh milk portfolio, working closely with the Head of Marketing ANZ and Senior Brand Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement offline and retailer content strategies from briefing to launch.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager to create engaging online and social content that drives results.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering successful Woolworths CPP and Coles Citrus campaigns online.
  • Manage CAD approvals and asset dispatches to all media partners, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing spend, reconciling monthly against our marketing tracker to optimize ROI.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations during monthly demand reviews, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Track competitor advertising and promotional activity, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer marketing, preferably in a reputable Consumer Product Goods business.
  • Strong digital and social media proficiency, including content development and campaign tracking.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing initiatives that increase product visibility on retailer platforms and in-store.
  • Solid financial acumen, including sales forecasting and marketing investment management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • End-to-end project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • A degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
