Fire and Emergency Response Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Firefighter, providing critical support during emergency situations.

The role involves responding to fire and other emergencies, promoting community safety, and contributing to community education activities. As a Firefighter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and property across the region through effective prevention, preparation, response, and recovery activities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong ability to work in a team environment. They will also require basic life support skills, including first aid and CPR.

Key Requirements
  • Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies
  • Live or work within a reasonable distance of the auxiliary fire station
  • Australian permanent resident status
  • Manual C Class driver's licence
