Product Development Lead

As a Product Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products across various apps. You will be responsible for leading product development from ideation to delivery, prioritising initiatives in line with our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to generate and gather requirements and designs for initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of requirements for development.
  • Engage and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations on product development.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to bring initiatives and customer journeys to life.
  • Perform user acceptance and regression testing of features and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Commercial experience as part of a digital project team.
  • Experience delivering products and features into digital apps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Experience working on a day-to-day basis with developers.
Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Benefits.
